            Welcome

Are you struggling with a problem that you are having difficulty solving on your own?

Feeling stuck, depressed or anxious, repeating patterns you wish you could just easily change?

Is a challenge or a trauma from your past inhibiting you from reaching full potential?

If any of the above questions, among others, are true and you are considering looking for change, working with a psychotherapist that you trust can help.  I know that life is an amazing gift that gives us the experiences of joy, love, excitement, and purpose.  Yet it also presents us with many challenges that can, at times, inhibit our true selves and limit our access to positive experiences, creating conflicts with loved ones and friends.  With so much facing us, it takes courage to reach out for help through these challenges.  If you are reaching out for help now, congratulations, as it is through the dialogue and support from others that we reach our full potential.

Since a therapeutic relationship built on trust and goodness of fit is the predominant factor in successful therapy outcomes, I offer a free initial consultation to first time consumers.  This is your opportunity to ask any initial questions you may have and to determine whether I am the best person to help you achieve your treatment goals.  In addition, it is my pleasure to join my colleagues at Denver Community Acupuncture to serve clients in a holistic practice attending to mind, body and spirit.  The clinic is conveniently located in the Highlands area just Northwest of Downtown Denver off of Speer Boulevard and I-25.

I invite you to explore the pages on this website and links to learn more about my style of mental health treatment, what you may expect from therapy and to determine if now is the time for the courage to change.
